Customer Advisor

£19,500 – £28,000 package plus individual performance award, dependent on experience and location.
Our Customer Advisors lead the way in providing a level of service we can be proud of. Working with our RBS or Natwest branch teams, you’ll build and maintain essential customer relationships; whether as the welcoming face of RBS or conducting a personal one-to-one review of their finances and requirements. And thanks to a thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services, you’ll use your customer service experience to help people make the right decisions with their money.
Personal Mortgage Advisor
Nationwide
£21,500 – £32,500 package plus individual performance award, dependent on experience and location.
As a Personal Mortgage Advisor you’ll manage customer needs individually by conducting personal, structured, face to face mortgage sales interviews. You’ll be a key point of contact for our mortgage services within your region, identifying customer requirements and matching their priorities with a wide range of products and a thorough knowledge base, ensuring they always get the best advice.
Branch Manager
Nationwide
£24,000 – £48,000 package plus individual performance award, dependent on experience and location.
Our Branch Managers lead, coach and motivate the teams who continue to provide an excellent level of customer service to over 13 million people in the UK. You’ll build a team of in-branch experts, encouraging staff to develop their professional skills and knowledge base and, as a branch, offer a range of products and services structured to meet ever-changing customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Senior Bank Manager
Nationwide
£45,500 – £64,500 package plus individual performance award, dependent on experience and location.
You’ll manage a number of regional branches, providing both business and people leadership that will motivate teams to maximise their performance and deliver outstanding results in all areas of retail banking. By implementing focussed business plans, you’ll inspire a total customer focus which places every branch as a business leader in its area, helping them realise their full potential.
