We cover every issue involving recruitment, training, development, reward and change management. And, working to understand the specific requirements of each business, we create and deliver solutions that are sensitive to business requirements and consistent throughout the Group.

In addition to the Group’s central functions, there are also opportunities in specialist technical areas such as Remuneration and Benefits, Policy and Employment, HR Shared Services, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Group Resourcing and Group Organisational Effectiveness.

The RBS Insurance division is due to be divested from RBS Group by the end of 2013. We have a number of exciting new roles which have been created as part of our journey towards becoming a stand alone entity and we are looking to recruit high calibre HR individuals with a drive for change.
