As the main point of contact for a portfolio of cases, your judgment and decision making will be key to settling third party claims to RBS Insurance companies. By liaising with customers, claimants and suppliers to collect all relevant information, your decision making ability and diligent attention to detail will ensure the timely, cost efficient and professional handling of liability and quantum based Personal Injury cases. With a focus on meeting key performance measures and targets alongside an open, understanding approach to negotiation, you’ll apply all necessary claim handling procedures, making referrals to colleagues where appropriate. And as part of a team of consultants, you’ll ensure compliance with FSA regulations, and promote the full, effective Personal Injury service that RBS brands have become renowned for.

Ideally, you’ll posses Personal Injury experience and knowledge of the common laws and legislation governing motor insurance, and the principles of injury and quantum assessment.
