Solvency II Roles
Solvency II is a pan European project to improve the risk and capital management of all insurance firms. This fundamental change has created a number of exciting and high profile opportunities across RBS Insurance. In particular roles in capital and risk modelling as well as finance and project / programme management.
• Capital and Risk Modelling - develop capital and risk models, systems, policies, and processes that will meet the strategic needs of the business as well as the requirements of Solvency II
• Finance - manage the recording, reporting and control of financial transactions and ensure they are properly accounted for and reported
• Project / Programme Management - drive out business requirements, identifying system and process changes based on these and develop solutions and plans to meet the requirements
